Tired, grouchy, and out of sorts ... a walk was needed! Just to Rustington, then down to the beach and back.

I am still curious about the round concrete markers along the edge of the beach. They look like trig markers for surveying, but they are at much closer intervals. The majority of them have no markings on them other than the pattern on the top. One of the ones along the beach at Rustington had the number 174.
