Sir Rod Stewart was spotted leaning on his family members, wife Penny Lancaster and son Alastair Stewart, as he wore a health update around his neck. The 80-year-old singer is currently on tour, but he is being banned from using his voice until he is actually on stage.

In new snaps, showing him exploring Italy with his family, the Do Ya Think I'm Sexy singer wore a message attached to a lanyard. It read: "Sorry. Cannot talk. Having vocal rest." The update comes as he is currently putting on a huge number of performances across the world with his One Last Time tour.

In some of the new pictures, where Rod was wearing an all-white ensemble, with a knitted sweater and a blazer, Penny, 54, lovingly put her arm around his shoulder. Their son, 19-year-old Alastair, was also close by showing his support for his famous dad.

It comes after Sir Rod proved that he is still the life of the party after he was spotted leaving a bar in the early hours of the morning. Earlier this week, he was reportedly filmed being escorted to his car by three assistants during a crazy night out in Krakow, Poland, and he shows no signs of slowing down.

The musician is thought to have been partying at the bar for five hours after watching Arsenal lose to PSG in Ronnie Drew’s Irish Bar. He continued to have a ball until the early hours of the morning.

The Maggie May chart topper allegedly left the packed venue at 1am but needed help getting home safely.

A source told the press: "Rod might be an octogenarian, but he can still party like he’s in his 20s. When he left, he had to be steered out by his minders and was stumbling a bit. The punters in the bar loved it and were cheering for him.” The onlooker added that someone shouted: “Where’s Penny?” as he stepped into his car.

His devoted wife recently shared a sweet snap to Instagram, where she held his hand and pulled it close to her face as she smiled brightly. The 54-year-old shared that they were in Copenhagen, as she wrote: "Back out on tour - together again".
