Geri Halliwell has given a rare insight into life at home with her husband, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner. It's been over a decade since the pair got together and blended their families together. Geri with daughter Bluebell, 18, who she shares with her ex, Sacha Gervasi, and Christian with his daughter, Olivia, 11, from his previous relationship with Beverley Allen, a former pub landlady. The couple also share a son, Monty, who they welcomed in 2017 and have created a tight-knit family unit.

In 2024 the married pair were hit with scandal when Christian faced allegations of inappropriate and controlling behaviour by a female colleague. The 51-year-old denied all accusations and was later cleared of any wrongdoing by an internal Red Bull investigation conducted by an independent barrister and he remains in his role as team principal and chief executive of Red Bull F1.

Now, in a new interview with The Times, Geri has opened up about the couple's marriage revealing that they like to watch television together and play games, noting that they're "quite silly". The singer-turned-writer also divulged that Christian had made a special commitment to his step-daughter Bluebell.

Proudly sharing that her oldest child is a passionate reader, Geri said: "You know Bluebell is studying English literature. She's brilliant at writing. I run things past her." However, when asked if she thought that was a talent she had inherited from her dad, the former Spice Girl clarified: "Her biological father, yes. Christian formally adopted her. It's public knowledge."

Elsewhere in the interview, Geri shutdown reports that claimed she had taken the decision to legally double-barrel her surname as proof that there was trouble brewing between her and Christian. She was initially known as Geri Halliwell, then Geri Horner, with new speculation that she would become Geri Halliwell-Horner. Geri herself first poured fuel onto the fire last year. In a video for the fashion brand Dior, she referred to herself by her maiden name.

Clearing things up, Geri called the rumours "a load of cr*p". Explaining that it is actually her writing name, she confirmed that nothing had been changed legally and Horner was still the surname she has in her passport. Geri is currently focused on her writing, having introduced a new children’s book series called Rosie Frost. The second instalment is set to be released next month. To promote the book, Halliwell is heading Stateside and will leave Horner and their family behind in April.
