Cruise passengers have been warned against a common mistake on embarkation day. CruiseCritic, a TripAdvisor company, offers all manner of tips for travellers looking to get the best out of their time on the waves, avoid common pitfalls.
One of its "don'ts" for the day you board the vessel is not using the lift unless you truly need to. A contributor at the outlet explains that this is because they are "super slow on embarkation day, with new and old cruisers navigating the ship". "Take the stairs instead (if possible) and you’ll have no guilt when you tuck into dessert at dinner".
Meanwhile, Tanner Callais, the editor and publisher of Cruzely.com, a website dedicated to everything cruising, has revealed an ingenious hack for organising all the items you've packed for your trip.
The cruise veteran revealed the tip in a recent YouTube video, saying: "This one is a little strange because most people including me for a long time would never think to pack a shoe organiser.
"After all if you are packing enough shoes that you need a shoe organiser on your cruise frankly you are doing it wrong!
