Meghan Markle has posted to a new Instagram story - with her finger covering the lens in parts. Taking to her account, @meghan, Meghan is first behind the camera, with one of her friends taking centre stage "making banana split for breakfast".
As Meghan films Kelly McKee Zajfen, who featured in her new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, her finger appears to frequently cover the camera. The on-screen caption reads, "When one of your besties reinvents a banana split for breakfast [yellow-banana emoji] @_heartmom_ @aseveroffical."
In the second frame, Meghan can then be seen with Kelly as the pair both cut off a bit of banana split to enjoy.
Along with the caption, "Happy Sunday, Friends!", Meghan can be heard saying, "cheers". With Kelly also saying "cheers", the pair are then heard saying that the food was "so good" after devouring a bit.
The 43-year-old also treated fans to a close-up of their masterpiece in a third frame - complete with walnuts, raspberries and blueberries. Showcasing her love for cooking and friendships, Kelly - alongside Meghan's former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer - featured in one episode of With Love, Meghan.
Having said to have known Meghan for a number of years, Kelly is amongst the former working royal's close-knit friends in California. The pair first met when Meghan's ex-husband, Trevor Engelson, introduced her to his friend, Kelly's husband.
Kelly, who tragically lost her son in 2022, previously referred to Meghan as an "incredible friend and mother".
Taking to her own Instagram account last year, Kelly wrote: "As Mother's Day approaches, I can't help but think of my own #commUNITY of Motherhood. I instantly think of you Meg. How incredibly nurturing and warm and open you are. What an incredible friend and mother. I'm truly in awe of you and I am so grateful you are part of my #CommUNITYofmotherhood. You are always the first to say yes and support those you love. You are a fierce advocate for those who are in need."
Meghan has also taken to Instagram to share some of her recent cooking antics - including ones with her two children.
Princess Lilibet joined her mum in making some Valentine's Day treats for the family last month. The three-year-old can be seen applying the pink cream to the bagels. Earlier this week, Meghan shared that she had made St Patrick's Day-inspired green waffles for Lilibet and five-year-old Prince Archie.
