They added that some countries, including popular destinations like France, have banned vaping following Belgium's lead, which was the first EU country to prohibit the sale of disposable vapes.

So, while it might be tempting to unwind on the beach with your vape, breaking these rules could result in a hefty fine. Spain has implemented stricter rules on vaping in public places, including many beaches, due to concerns over public health and the environment.
