A journalist and critic of Meghan Markle's new ventures has described her Netflix show as "dull", describing how it "brought new depths of boringness" and "broke new ground". Talk TV host, Kevin O'Sullivan, gave a savage 8-worded comment on Talk TV, believing Meghan "has no idea how to be interesting".
Meghan's eight-part series 'With Love, Meghan' aired on Netflix on March 4. He said via the outlet: "Every time she opens her mouth, you want to fall asleep; she is so, so dull. It's just epic. So that's why 'With Love, Meghan' is failing, because it's eight episodes of sheer tedium."
The series saw friends and celebrity chefs cook with Meghan, as she taught her audience how to make different treats and host for the people you love.
Meghan Markle, alongside Lemonada Media, will also be launching a new podcast titled 'Confessions of a Female Founder' on April 8, following on from a previous podcast with Spotify - Archetypes.
Speaking of Meghan's previous podcast venture, the TV host added: "Archetypes was a disaster because it was so dreary. Her new podcast is based on the preposterous proposal that she is a successful founder of companies. Her companies are completely disastrous."
Sharing words of wisdom for Meghan, he added: "So if she is genuinely going to sit down with successful female company founders, I hope she pays attention and takes some tips so she is a little less catastrophic at starting her own company."
The Duchess of Sussex has launched multiple projects in 2025, including the Netflix show and her brand As Ever - which rebranded from American Riviera Orchard.
But Meghan has already suffered a blunder ahead of her podcast launch, as the trailer, which was on Apple Podcasts, failed to play shortly after it went live.
Instead, users saw an error message which read: "This episode is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." But the issue was later fixed, and it can now be played.
Inbetween excerpts of guests speaking, Meghan says in a voiceover: "We're diving into the highs... and the lows... and the kind of advice that turns small ideas into billion-dollar businesses... and of course, we're gonna get some girl talk."
The podcast will also follow Meghan's work on her new website which is soon to begin selling jam, herbal teas and flower sprinkles.
At the end of the trailer, Meghan can be heard trying to make a joke with a guest: "This is not Shark Tank. Think of this as dolphin tank. Yes, these are very friendly. These are very friendly waters. It's all gonna be good..."
